Today, I had time to read a magazine whose name is "Newton". It had a special topic of medicine. I am interested in medicine for allergy due to quite common in our daily life. Currently, There are so many pepole who are struggling with hay fever in Japan. I think hay fever includes not only pollen but also chemical materials. I have learnt from the magazine why anti histamine make us sleepy.
First, when allergen come into our body, our body release histamine. The secind, histamines hold the protein, histamine acceptor , on the mucous membrane in nose. it make us nasal mucus, and we call it an allergic reaction. unfortunately, histamine acceptors are located in the brain, so anti histamine medicine is able to fly to the acceptor in the brain. Brain may be infuluenced by anti histamine sideeffect. Some new medicines, Cralitin, and Aregula, are advanced because they do not give sideeffect to the brain acceptor, therefore after taking anti hisitamine, people will not be sleepy. I think it is good because we can drive without concern about sleepness. I should pay attention to medicine industry to take appropriately and keep on my helth conditions.  Thanks Masa
I am wondering what the healthy life is...

I have worked as a nurse for 11years and I support patients to increase their health condition by using the result of medical check up. These days, there are some documents about BMI if there is important or not. Some doctors point out the importance of BMI data because obesity may be related to health problems strongly; however, some doctors say it does not related to each other. For me, I have gained my weight year by year. it was 60kg in 20 years ago, and 65kg in 2015. My BMI is just over 25 which is beyond the normal. However, I feel current weight is the best condition in my life. when I run outside, sometimes I realize my body is too healvy to run faster compared to before. Even though, my happy feeling comes up from the inside. Needless to say, balance is important, so we should see the total health condition to understand what healthy life is. In addition, we should ask my physical and mental condition if I am healthy or not without data of the medical check up. Both feeling and science view should be important to assess our health condition. masa
Regarding my CV

Today I made my CV to submit some companies and universities in Japan.
Usually, candidates needs to make their own CV in order to show its job history. I like doing this process because it make me remind of my career. It is not wonderful one, but I am able to remember of my life. I try to show my details  on my CV as much as possible. It is not only for the someone to accept my CV but also for myself. AS confirming my career, I can imagine what to do at the next field. I am sure  starting my life is coming soon. masa

1. Henry looked out outside every morning. “Not yet, Mudge,” he would say.

Book Review

Henry and his dog Mudge loved winter season because of snow.

They would like to go outside as soon as possible, when they saw the snow. They were crazy about playing with snow such as throwing snow, building the house and digging the hole. Henry's mother took care of Henry and Mudge after coming home. In addition, Henry's mother and father prepared delicious foods and atmosphere in the house. After having dinner they went outside to feel the happy christmas scene in their neighbor.

My name is Masa Honda. I come from Yokohama city. I have studied about public health in developping countries such as Thailand, Indonesia and Timor leste. I live with my parents in Kumaoto because I have no house to stay in Japan. In the last 7 years I was in Indonesia and Thailand, so I rent a house in those countries. During my study at Kumamoto university, I would like to stay my parents house. I am so excited to stay in Kumamoto because it is my first time. Kumato is not a big city, but not so countryside. It is just big enough to stay for my daily life. If we can go to the downtown, we can see Kumamoto castle which is simbol of Kumamoto city.I can recommend some traditional Kumamoto foods whose name is BASASHI. It is raw meet of horse. Please do not imagine of horse before eating.

I will finish my course at Kumamoto university this coming March. I need to look for my job not only Japan but also other countries. I am interested in medical system in the third country. Japanese government pays attention to ODA(official development assistance) to developping countries. I have a chance to apply for the job as a teacher at some university in Thailand as well as Indonesia. In future, We Japanese needs some help from other countries especially caregiver to take care of elderly people. In 2015, the rate of population of people, over 65 is near 20 %, this rate will be  higher year by year. Therefore, we predict some problems due to too many elderly people. Taking care of elderly people needs cost, manpower and adequate system, so each community try to make  sustainable strategies.

when I look at other countires such as Canada, England and German, those countries need caregiver from other countries. Those countries have a flexible solution to welcome people to imigrate. It is really competitive field to get caregivers in many countries. if we invite caregivers from some countries, we should consider how to give a good condition for those inorder to stay in Japan for lonf time.
